COLLABORATIVE WORK WITH AUNDREA FRAHAM
DISTILLED THROUGH THE EPITHELIORIUM
Distilled through the Epitheliorium, created in collaboration with Aundrea Frahm, was inspired by concepts of breath and the body. The 20x30x12-foot inflatable structure expanded and contracted like a living organism as the audience was invited to enter from opposite sides. Inside, four performers produced live sound that was mixed in real time. Their choreography, based on inhalation and exhalation, included pulling down inner walls to reveal the opposite side’s audience. This interplay of sound, movement, and spatial transformation created an immersive, ever-changing environment.
Within Emittance
Experiential performance piece that uses light, sound, and performers’ voices, while inside of an undulating, breathing structure.
